We will respond to your email and send you a prepaid return label. You can simply pack up the returned item and affix the prepaid return label and drop off your return.
Fabdreams’ simple and hassle-free return policy gives buyer a privilege to return the purchased item within the time frame. Points mentioned below are the few guidelines that should be taken care of while placing your return order.
1. We accept only unused and untampered linen along with its original box and packaging. Damaged or torn products cannot be returned.
2. For a smooth return, the return order should be placed within 30 days. Timelines exceeding that will not be acknowledged.
3. Kindly hand over the product with the utmost care. Linens that are damaged or returned with signs of wear will incur a 20% restocking fee or, if unsalvageable, will be sent back to the customer.
4. Items purchased during Final Sale period do not come under the return policy. Once purchased, Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
